Bench)................I don't know that I have one. But, I do keep one of his sweaty, stinking t-shirt under my pillow while he's gone.
2. What are your hopes and dreams for the years AFTER the military? After all, we aren’t in it forever! (from Stetsons, Spurs and Stilettos)................We haven't gone into a long talk about it in a while, most talks are about where to go next, but I know that he wants to settle back home and teach tennis while running a coffee shop. I want to open some kind of creative business. cafe, clothing something that is fun and happens to make money.
3. Since [this] month is National Apple Month (no really!), I’d probably ask: What is your yummiest apple recipe? (from NH Girl Displaced)..................I don't have one yet. I can't wait to see what everyone else has. I may borrow a few.
4. How long have you gone as a military spouse without talking to your husband/wife during service? (from A Navy Princess and Her Little Sailors)................60 days on the last deployment. No emails, no nothing. I guess getting signals underwater sucks. We'll see how long we go this time.
5. I occasionally watch When I was 17… on MTV. So, what was something that was significant about your 17th year of life? (from Ashley Amazing)............................My dad retired from the Navy after 21 years, just before I turned 18. We moved for the last time as a family to the place they have been the longest.
